PURPOSE = preventative measures to identify security or health issues proactively.

Additionally, provide the first step in protecting those who will lose their job to technological replacements; and create a step toward building a society that utilizes Social Capital. Understanding the Social Determinants of Health in a community and preventing crime and health problems can save the government billions of dollars in healthcare, policing, and lawsuits.

  • In order to visit 4 homes per day, 4 days per week, 10 months of the year = one Rep needs to visit 700 homes per year… requires 240,000 Community Reps if extra attention is given to those in low income areas.

  • Required training on security strategies, homelessness, mental health, domestic abuse, social work, first-aid/cpr, background check

  • Ranks and can distribute Social Capital (3T token) to those in need.

  • Work from home.

  • Understand the demographics, the wants, and the needs of your community.

  • Connect with existing Groups, HOA’s, nonprofits, public schools, parks & recreation dept., and any other community organizers.

  • Research opportunities for community to stay safe, connect in person, strengthen and build local support networks.

  • Certified in applying Human Progress Indicators and Social Determinants of Health.

  • Once a year pay an in-person visit to every family unit (even when it’s only one individual) in your community.

    • Scheduled with an uber-like app that identifies the official who will make the visit and time.

    • This includes not only family houses, but apartments, nursing homes, hostels, halfway houses and homeless shelters – even the homeless on the street one-time per year.

    • If you fail to connect, leave a card developed and branded by the Social Capital (3T token) Community Rep Program.

  • Treat every person as a human being who may or may not need community resources. Do not be invasive, just offer the resource. Protect the identity of each individual and be aware of any possible criminal activity.

  • Citizens are incentivized with Social Capital (3T tokens) to participate and open their home to the Community Rep.

    • If they do not have access to the app, then an online portal will be available, and if no access to the portal, attempts will be made by mail and in person to schedule the annual or more frequent meeting(s).

    • Social Capital (3T tokens) can be used like money for a variety of Basic Needs services such as food, shelter, healthcare, and education.  More info here: www.3talliance.org/progress

Ultimately the plan is to use algorithms to help identify those community members at highest risk of job loss, crime, poverty, etc. and provide them with the resources to have the most positive outcomes.
